Meet the Team
Certified, competitive, and dedicated to development. Our staff brings real playing experience and science-based methodology to every athlete who walks through our doors.

Christian
Through an initial assessment and evaluation process, movement quality can be assessed and corrected so that peak performance may be reached. Christian understands the value of movement and muscle function in both functional and performance settings. His strength and conditioning expertise (CSCS & RKC) and movement coaching in FMS, TPI, and NKT have proven effective tools for advancing clientele with varying degrees of injury, ability, and strength.
He is the only regional Level 3 Biomechanics Pitching coach from the National Pitching Association, and has worked with Tom House — the legendary major league pitching coach and the NFL's top QB biomechanics analyst. Christian is also a Nationally Certified Rotational Hitting Coach and a PGTAA golf instructor.
"I believe the best results are honed on and off the field through measurable phases of progression. Escape was created with this vision in mind — to help people feel and move better through proper movement training."

Ross Pizzi
I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and have over 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry. I wrestled for 10 years throughout my youth. If I'm not in the gym, I spend my time in the wilderness — hunting, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and snowboarding.
Growing up I was unathletic, slow, and weak. That changed when one of my wrestling coaches inspired me to see that even though I'm not naturally athletically gifted, through hard work and pure grit you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

Eddie Parry
Eddie Parry brings a well-rounded athletic background and a passion for athlete development to Athletic Republic Escape. A Levittown, PA native, Eddie grew up playing multiple sports before focusing on football and baseball at Neshaminy High School. His competitive drive carried into the collegiate level, where he played four years of baseball and earned All-American honors.
Eddie's college journey took him through Bucks County Community College, East Stroudsburg University, the University of the Sciences, and Wilmington University, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. A versatile player, he competed at first base, outfield, and on the mound.
Since joining Athletic Republic Escape in fall 2023, Eddie has worked closely with both pitchers and hitters while assisting in group training. His approach has evolved toward kinematic sequencing, functional movement, and efficient energy transfer — emphasizing proper movement, durability, and intent in every session.

Nick Farr
Coach Nick Farr is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina. He is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits.

Nicholas "Nicky" Nocella

Along with assisting in the day-to-day operations of the facility, Nicky works hands-on with athletes during training sessions and plays an important role in building the culture of the gym. He has a genuine passion for helping kids reach both their personal and athletic goals through hard work, confidence, and proper development.

Andrew Sicinski
Andrew Sicinski is a performance and hitting coach at Athletic Republic Escape in Mount Laurel, NJ, where he works with athletes ranging from youth to the professional level. He continued his baseball career at UMBC, then transferred to Harford Community College, and finished at Indiana University of Pennsylvania — competing in the Philadelphia Catholic League, Division I JUCO baseball, and PSAC competition.

Alex Krug
Alex's path at Athletic Republic Escape started the same way he now helps athletes start theirs — he joined as an intern and worked his way up to coach, earning his Athletic Republic Session 1 and Session 2 certifications along the way. He holds a bachelor's degree in Human Movement in Performance, giving him a strong foundation in how athletes move, develop, and improve.
A former baseball player and graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School, Alex continued his education at Rowan University and Florida Southern. His playing background shapes how he coaches: he knows what it takes to compete, and he brings that perspective to every session.
A lifelong lover of sports and deeply family-oriented, Alex genuinely cares about his players — who they're becoming matters to him as much as how they perform. That investment shows up in the energy, patience, and attention he brings to every athlete he works with.

Lauren McKeown
Coach Lauren McKeown graduated from Rowan University with a B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine and a Minor in Nutritional Science. Her education has provided a strong foundation in exercise programming, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and nutrition.
